The best and worst parts

Renovated apartments exceeded my expectations with brand-new facilities, perfect for a family retreat! The bar area was enjoyable, offering free pool tables for relaxed evenings.

The food was atrocious, buffet options were sad! We experienced long waits for service and felt neglected as customers. This made dining a regrettable experience during our stay.

i almost thought about giving a good review until i saw the dirty pool and moldy shower curtain! how can a premium hotel like this even allow that? honestly, i expected a complimentary gift for my inconvenience but it seems they don’t cater to special guests. i guess i’m just a regular now, right?

The kitchenette needed better supplies, while the room was clean and comfy.

The location was very handy for exploring nearby attractions, and the pool was a fantastic way to unwind after a day of adventures. The restaurant served excellent food, particularly the ribs, and having a bakery on-site was a nice perk. the room needed better light control due to excess light coming in from the corridor, and the Wi-Fi connection was quite weak, only working effectively on the balcony.

I encountered several cleanliness issues. the room was dusty upon arrival, with a noticeable lack of attention to detail in maintenance—especially the pool that was often full of debris. The restaurant experience fell short, with long waits for food and disappointing buffet options that did not justify the price, leading to some dissatisfaction after dining.

The open and inviting layout of the accommodations was a delight. Perfect for busy families like ours, the recently renovated rooms definitely made our stay feel extra special and safe for our little one.

More shaded seating for sun protection would help.
